Reinvent-IT is a new kind of strategic and operational IT Consultancy, primarily driven by my personal background as an IT professional with some decades of experience in the field ... in various roles, industries and countries.

Additionally to my various engagements in startups and established companies, I provide individual consulting services in personal mandates to selected clients. Reinvent-IT is the vehicle for these services.

Reinvent-IT focuses on the following areas:

AI Strategy, Adoption and Implementation
Cybersecurity Strategy and Risk Management
Operational IT Consulting, including IT Governance, IT Service Management and IT Project Management
Occasional implementation of crazy ideas into undeservedly successful products
